Concrete interlocking tile with a thin leading edge offers the appearance of natural slate, at a fraction of the cost with an exceptional covering capacity of 9.7 tiles per m²
Experiencing the vast variety of textures and colours that our roof tiles provide up close can guide you in the decision-making process when selecting roof coverings. Our efficient sample service can help you in this process.
With its leading edge of only 18mm, the Edgemere has been precision-engineered to be 40% thinner than standard concrete interlocking tiles. Its large format coupled with a broken-bond laying technique make it ideal for quick and easy installation, saving you time and money, and it is versatile enough to be used on pitches as low as 17.5°. The Edgemere slate has been designed to integrate seamlessly with Marley’s dry fix and ventilation systems into a full holistic roof system, ensuring complete protection from the elements and full compliance with BS 5534. The product is BES 6001 accredited and can achieve extra credits under BREEAM and HQM. As a roof covering, these tiles have a very low carbon footprint and environmental impact and can score an A+ rating in the BRE Green Guide.
