Delivery Signing Changes and Electronic Proof of Delivery
As we continue to make improvements to our delivery service process to make it easier for you to work with us, you will notice some changes to how you sign for deliveries and our Proof of Delivery documents from Monday 9th December.
Signing for Deliveries on a Handheld Device
As we move our delivery paperwork online, you will be asked to sign on a handheld device rather than on paper.
Electronic Proof of Delivery Documents (ePODs)
Once you have signed on the device, an electronic proof of delivery document will be created. You can then request a copy from Customer Service the day after your delivery.
We will be making further improvements to our delivery service process in the coming months and will share information with you soon.
